Vendors operate as part of the Halloween Ball and serve as eye candy for our attendees at the same time they are making sales and promoting their business. Hours will be from 8:30pm to 2:00am during the event Saturday night. The date is Saturday, April 26, 2025. Only 15 spots available, so we will choosing from those interested to have a good variety and limited duplication. Booths will be smaller than the standard 10 X 10
SO WHY ARE WE THE PLACE FOR “OVER 18” THEMED VENDORS TO BE?? We’re expecting a sell-out crowd of 1000+ attendees for the Fetish & Fantasy Halfway to Halloween Ball. What that translates to for vendors is GUARANTEED TRAFFIC … H2H attendees are a well established, loyal clientele comprised of a very desirable, upwardly mobile demographic, with money to spend. Vendors return year after year because the Halfway to Halloween Ball delivers.
There are 3 sizes of booths… 10 X 8 – $180, 9 X 7 – $170, and 8 X 6 – $160. To have electricity run to your booth would be an additional $25. Each Booth Includes
* 2 Vendor Passes plus 2 GA Tickets,
* Pipe & drape,
* 1 – 6ft table with skirting,
* 2 chairs, 1 trash can
